There are a few vitamins that relate directly to your energy level. If you are low, you’ll feel sluggish. Things like B12 NEED to be in your diet if you want to feel like you can get up and go! Try not to multi-task when you eat. Things like eating in your car or working at your desk might sound like a good idea, but in reality they usually take the joy out of the meal and you end up eating more than you should. If you struggle with eating a balanced diet, find other ways to get your nutrients. Multi-vitamins or nutrient dense meal replacements are my go-to.
