A healthier salad dressing option does exist and it can also be great tasting and simple to make.
Love that this recipe easily doubles as a fantastic marinade.
Try this easy to make Greek salad dressing. It’s one of my favorites:
½ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
Pinch of pepper
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake until combined.
2. Store in the fridge for up to a week…but if you’re like me- it’ll never last that long.
Note: when you take it out for your salads either take it out a few minutes before you need it or microwave it for fifteen seconds to soften it. Be sure to try it as a great marinade, as well!
